We also employ a regular group of experts to assist in the evaluation and assessment of damages claims. These include vocational experts, life care planners for those permanently and severely injured or impaired and accounting and economic experts.

Foley & Small also has access to various data bases and other sources to local experts to assist in handling a wide variety of claims. These include experts involved with structural and civil engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle design, operation and repair, biomechanics, human factors and other areas.

Foley & Small also employs use of state-of-the-art graphical and digital programs, presentation software and similar computer related technologies in the preparation and presentation of claims on behalf of our clients. Such work is performed in-house by the staff and attorneys of Foley & Small and Foley & Small will use outside firms on special projects to insure and achieve a persuasive and informative presentation of behalf of the client.
