If entering LaPorte from the east or west, travel on State Road2/Lincoln Way to downtown LaPorte to the stoplight at the intersection of Indiana Avenue/U.S. 35. The courthouse is to the northeast corner of the intersection. Turn south on Indiana Avenue/U.S. 35 and proceed one block to the intersection of Jefferson Avenue. If entering LaPorte from the north or south, proceed on U.S. 35 to downtown LaPorte. Turn east at the intersection with Jefferson Avenue. This intersection is located one block south of the intersection with State Road 2 / Lincoln Way and the courthouse square is located at the northeast corner of that intersection.
