From the South

From U.S. 31, proceed directly north to downtown South Bend . From State Road 23 to the southwest or from the U.S. 20 bypass to the southeast, including the Bremen, Goshen, Warsaw and south Elkhart areas, proceed on the U.S. 20/ U.S. 31 bypass to the exit of Indiana 933 (Old/Business U.S. 31 North). Proceed north on Indiana 933 (Old/ Business U.S. 31 North) toward downtown South Bend. At the intersection with Indiana 23 ( Sample Street), turn right or east. The road will cross the St. Joseph River and turn to your left and to the north and become Eddy Street. At the stoplight at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard (the Michiana College building is to the southwest corner), turn left or west proceeding one block to Francis Street. The offices of Foley & Small are on your left, 1002 E. Jefferson Boulevard, a brown brick two story building with a Foley & Small sign in front. There is parking at the rear of the building and on the street.

From the North

From the U.S. 31 bypass north, exit east at the interchange of Michigan 12, proceed eastbound on Michigan 12 to the exit with Business 31/ Indiana 933 South. From the Niles area, take Business 31 South/ Indiana 933 to south. On Business 31/Indiana 933 South, proceed south approximately four to five miles past Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s College to the stoplight at the intersection of Riverside Drive, which lies just to the north of the St. Joseph River. Turn left or east on Riverside Drive and continue several blocks on till Riverside Drive tees into Eddy Street. Turn right or south on Eddy Street proceed approximately one-half mile to the stoplight at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard (the Michiana College building is to the southwest corner). Turn right or west on Jefferson and proceed one block to Francis Street--the offices of Foley & Small are on your left, 1002 E. Jefferson Boulevard. Foley & Small is located in a two story brick building with a sign in front. There is parking in the rear of the building and on the street.

From the West

From the Toll Road, proceed to the southbound exit for the U.S. 31 Bypass and then continue south on the Bypass to the exit for the eastbound interchange for State Road 2 ( Western Avenue). From U.S. 20, proceed to the exit for the U.S. 31 Bypass and turn southbound on the Bypass to the eastbound exit at the interchange of State Road 2 ( Western Avenue). If on State Road 2 coming from the LaPorte area, continue eastbound to the U.S. 31 Bypass Interchange. For all routes, then proceed east on State Road 2 ( Western Avenue) toward downtown South Bend. In the downtown area, you will pass by Gates Chevrolet/Toyota dealership and then proceed approximately 2-3 blocks to the stoplight at the intersection with St. Joseph Street. The United States Post Office is located on the southeast corner and the United States Bankruptcy Court is on the southwest corner. Turn left or north on St. Joseph Street, continue one block and turn right at the next stoplight at the intersection of Wayne Street. Turn right or east and the street will curve to the left and then back to the east and cross the St. Joseph River. At this point you are now on Jefferson Boulevard. Proceed approximately 4-5 blocks and the offices of Foley & Small are on your right or south side at the intersection with Francis Street. If you proceed to the stoplight at the intersection of Eddy Street, you have gone one block too far to the east.

From the East

Come to Old U.S. 20/McKinley Street and proceed westbound. You will continue and pass the Town & Country Shopping Center in Mishawaka and go on to the stoplight at the intersection with Ironwood Drive. There is a Marathon gas station to the southwest corner and a bank branch to the northwest corner. Turn left or south on Ironwood Drive and proceed 3-4 blocks to the next stoplight at the intersection with Jefferson Boulevard. Turn right or west on Jefferson Boulevard and continue through and past the next two stoplights. After the second stoplight at the intersection with Eddy Street, you will continue one block and the offices of Foley & Small are on your left or to the south at the intersection with Francis Street. Foley & Small is located at 1002 E. Jefferson Boulevard in a two story brown brick building with a sign out front. There is parking to the rear of the building and along the street.
