News - Foley & Small LLP reaches settlement of $325,500 in auto accident matter.
Foley & Small LLP is pleased to announce a settlement on behalf of their clients. The claim was the result of a highway speed rear-end collision. Claims were brought on behalf of five family members who suffered a variety of injuries including an intracranial bleed, concussion, jaw fracture and other injuries. A lawsuit had been filed with a trial date pending. Some of the claims were resolved at mediation and others were resolved thereafter as a the trial date approached.
