Foley & Small has filed a claim for a northern Indiana woman against Merck arising from her use of Fosamax. She suffered a thigh bone shaft fracture by simply stepping out of her car. Use of Fosamax has been shown to cause bone brittleness resulting in such femoral shaft fractures.
