News - Foley & Small LLP Settles Intersection Collision Claim for $716,000
Foley & Small recently settled a collision claim on behalf of a husband and wife for $716,000. The crash occurred as the couple was traveling on a state highway and a pickup truck on intersecting county road failed to stop for the stop sign. The pickup driver contended his view the stop sign was blocked by roadside vegetation. Claims were brought against the pickup truck driver, the State and the County along with an underinsured motorist claim.
