Foley & Small recently resolved a claim on behalf of a motorcyclist for $500,000. The rider was traveling on a roadway when a car made a left-hand turn directly in front of the cyclist. Our client suffered bilateral wrist fractures and an ankle fracture all of which required surgery. Claims were filed against the driver of the automobile along with an underinsured motorist claim.
