News - Multi-District Litigation formed for Handling Meningitis Claims
The federal Panel for Multi-District Litigation has granted a motion to establish and MDL proceeding to handle the hundreds, if not thousands, of claims arising from patients having received contaminated epidural injections manufactured and distributed by the New England Compounding Center. The MDL proceeding will take place in the Federal District Court in Boston, Massachusetts. Cases filed by Foley & Small and removed to federal district court in South Bend, Indiana have now been transferred to the MDL proceeding in Boston.
