News - Doug Small Nominated to Serve on Plaintiffs Steering Committee
Doug Small has been nominated to serve on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in the MDL proceeding in Boston, Massachusetts involving claims against the New England Compounding Center and other related defendants arising from contaminated epidural injections distributed across the United States. The Committee would direct litigation efforts to obtain recovery for the many people and their families who have been tragically injured and affected by the contaminated injections, with some injected having passed away due to complications. It is anticipated that the Committee will be formed by the end of April.
