News - Verdict in Uninsured Motorist Case Against State Farm
Doug Small obtained a verdict for his client in an intersection collision case where the injuries were neck and low back strain/sprain. The other driver did not have insurance. Our client was insured by State Farm which only offered $13,000 in settlement with medical expenses between $5,000 and $6,000. After two day trial in the St. Joseph Superior Court the jury returned a verdict of $37,500.
