Foley & Small has handled a variety of construction litigation claims. Investigators are used to obtain witness statements, site photographs and other background information concerning the construction accident. Foley & Small also will seek the assistance of those directly involved in the industry, including representatives from labor unions and trade organizations as far as the work up and case preparation.
