Premises Liability, Slip and Fall and Similar Accidents

Foley & Small has handled hundreds of claims involving injuries sustained while on the premises of another person. Perhaps the most common of these claims involve accidents where a client has slipped and fallen on the property of another and has suffered a significant injury. These cases can occur in various settings, including retail stores, offices, public places and in private settings. Such accidents can happen in other ways besides a fall, such as being struck by an object or by portion of a structure, being injured due to defective operational systems, such as an electrical failure or due to an explosion. We have represented clients who have suffered pulmonary injuries and other infections as result of ventilation failures. We have represented clients who suffered from the effects of lead poisoning.
